Whether you have a cold, the flu or any number of common illnesses, you could easily be spreading your germs to countless friends, family members and strangers without even realizing it. However, if you are aware of when you are most contagious with these illnesses, you can cut down on the number of people you expose to your germs and hopefully avoid infecting at least a few other people.
