ION Labs of Clearwater, FL has recalled all of their cough and cold medications sold under the brand name Influend that were manufactured on or after May 30, 2008. The products have the possibility of being super potent.
Side effects from taking the medications could include:
- Rapid, pounding or irregular heartbeat
- Heart failure with low blood pressure
- Headaches
- Dizziness
- Restlessness
- Anxiety or nervousness
If you have any of these products in your home, you should stop taking them. If you have taken them and experience any of these side effects, notify your healthcare provider immediately.
Recalled products include: Influend Cold & Cough, Influend Severe Cold & Flu, Influend JR. Cold & Cough, Influend JR Severe Cold & Flu.
