How to keep yourkids healthy at school
- I taught them not to drink from anybody else's glass or mug either at school or at home; least of all, from a bottle or any other container that everybody uses. Also not to share forks or spoons.

My Kids Health at school
- I tell my daughter to wash her hands periodically,especialy before her lunch n i always tell her to use tissues when she sneeze r cough and daily i give her lot of citrous fruits which keeps her cold at bay

how i keep them healthy
- i make sure they was there hands before school. i send them to school with a small bottle of "hand sani" TM as taps and hand dryers are a breeding ground for germs! i also give them a pack of tisues i also give them some medical gloves and a cpr sheild just incase. when they come home they wash there hands and at dinner we have vitimins we also drink filterd water and we make sure we have our 5 a day. we also stay warm making us less vunrible to a cold or flu. i personal think at this time we need to do this as many severe illneses are goin around. where i am we have had a child pass away at the school they had a flu virus and went in to cardiac arrest this lead on from the virus! there is also 5 cases of swine flu. the school has sent out a letter of products each child nees to take to school. that is "hand sani"TM and a pack of tisues. i have also told my children to stay away from ill people dont come in physical contact with tem

- i must provide a balanced diet food at all time,enough rest and be very observant to any changes around his or her environment.

- getting enough sleep, eating breakfast, drinking enough water, drinking natural orange & lemon juice with lunch at school, drinking milk as soon as coming home from outdoor taking bath with salt everyday

how do i keep my kid Health in School.
- i normal ensure she get a cup of milk before she go school at morning,At 10.30am she Get a cup of health porridge,at afternoon she get lunch, with a cup of fresh juice. She play a bite,then she go to bed for rest.At evening she can have a cup of milk or porridge then at night she get a light meal.
