I say no to the flu shot
- We feed our children as much organic food as possible with lots of fruits and veggies. A good diet is the best way to start a healthy immune system. One only has to look at the junk some parents allow their children to eat and it says a lot to why their immune systems are weak. As well, don't be such a germ freak. It is become more and more obvious that we are using too many antibacterial everything and making the germs more resilient. As well, please keep yourself and your kids at home when you are unwell. It is also important to wash your hands and not touch your face!
