The Summertime Cold

By May 23, 2010

Follow me on:

Most people consider the common cold to be an illness that only occurs during the fall and winter months. Hence the term "cold and flu season". However, while they are definitely more prevalent during the winter months, colds can occur at any time. They are not caused by the weather, they are caused by viruses, which don't go away just because it gets warm outside.

Has a cold ever caught you by surprise during the summer?
