Do You Feel Comfortable With Your Doctor?

Now that flu season is almost here, you will likely be making more visits to your doctor than you did over the summer, especially if you have kids. But whether you see your health care provider once a year or once a week, a good relationship is essential. If you don't feel comfortable talking to your doctor, you probably aren't getting the best care and important things could be missed.

Even if you do feel comfortable with your doctor, you need to make sure you communicate well with him so that he has all the information he needs to care for you. Since most of us only get a few minutes with our doctors these days, it is easy to forget a few things when you are in the office. These tips should help you get the most out of your visits with your health care provider, no matter how often they occur.
