Achoo! Could it be Allergies?

Even though it is summertime in the US and the weather is hot, plenty of people still have congestion, sneezing and runny noses. Not sure if those symptoms could be a cold or allergies? See if you can figure it out.

There are still cold viruses being passed around, but there are also lots of allergens in the air. The air quality is generally pretty poor in the summer, especially in major cities. Since the weather is warm, many people want to be outside, which is great, but can cause some problems if you are prone to allergies or asthma.

See if those symptoms are caused by allergies or the common cold and then find some options that may help you get a little relief.
