You Want Me to do What?!

Wednesday May 30, 2007

If you are suffering from sinus congestion and decongestants just aren't working for you, an alternative treatment may be out there. Nasal saline irrigation is an all natural treatment that has been proven to reduce congestion and even allergy symptoms. Want to know more?

About.com's Guide to Allergies, Dr. Daniel More, has instructions and an explanation of the nasal saline irrigation process. He even tells you how to make your own saline so the procedure is nearly free!

Cathy Wong, About.com's Guide to Alternative Medicine, gives some alternative instructions to this natural treatment. I plan to try this treatment soon since I am currently suffering from congestion.

How about you? Have you tried nasal saline irrigation? Share your experience and your thoughts on this natural treatment for sinus congestion.

I went from having a sinus infection to being 100% clear in 3-4 days. It was recommended to me by a friend who had chronic sinus infections who no longer suffers from them. At the first sign of sinus issues, she starts irrigating. It is awkward at first, but you’ll love it!!
